It aims at developing measures of strategic intelligence and administrative excellence, and measuring level of strategic intelligence and its impact on members of Referees Committee\u2019s administrative excellence.<br>The study emphasizes the need to increase specialized training courses and workshops to develop strategic intelligence and administrative excellence skills, so as to expand decision-making quality and enhance administrative performance among chairman and members of Central Referees Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
