College of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled “legal system of commercial guarantee – a comparative study”.
Being presented by Mustafa Abdul Kareem Dagher, the study aims at knowing the concept of commercial guarantee and explaining its provisions based on position of jurisprudence and comparative legislation.
The thesis concludes the Iraqi legislator is satisfied with addressing commercial guarantee within scope of civil law, and that he does not set a comprehensive and exclusive definition of commercial guarantee.
