Quality Assurance and University Performance Department
Mission:
The department aims to ensure high quality in all educational, research, and administrative practices at the college by maximizing the use of the college’s resources and capabilities. This is achieved through the participation of all staff to meet the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market, in accordance with international standards.

Job Description for Department Staff:
Supervising department staff and distributing tasks.
Developing plans and programs for the department’s work.
Reviewing incoming correspondence and directing it to the relevant departments.
Responding to inquiries from the college and its departments regarding the implementation of quality standards in departments and units.
Identifying performance gaps in departments and units and assessing the size of the performance gaps.
Following up on the development of an up-to-date database for faculty, technical staff, administrative staff, and the infrastructure of departments and research units.
Preparing surveys to gather opinions from faculty, students, and employers on developing teaching and learning strategies and curricula.
Coordinating the annual evaluation process for faculty and staff at the college.
Department Goals:
Ensuring the quality of all college activities, particularly academic programs and research.
Promoting a culture of quality within the college, including quality procedures and mechanisms.
Reviewing and defining the college’s strategy and primary goals in light of developments and advancements in education.
Collecting and analyzing internal audits and study results, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and providing suggestions for improving and developing the college’s performance.
Supporting academic programs to achieve their objectives.
Creating a database for the programs and degrees offered by the college and administrative units, in order to monitor the educational process effectively.
