Department Tasks:

The Registration Department is one of the most important and active units within the college, serving as the backbone of the institution. It is responsible for receiving and registering new students at the beginning of each academic year. The department includes four administrative units, as follows:

  1. Document Verification Unit
This unit is responsible for verifying all the secondary school documents of the students admitted to the college. A special program is provided by the Ministry for document verification. The responsible employee returns any documents containing errors and identifies any forged documents.

  2. Inbound and Outbound Unit
The employee in this unit is responsible for receiving incoming mail, recording it in the inbound register, and indicating where the document is filed. This makes it easier to retrieve the document when needed. Additionally, the unit is responsible for issuing documents, which are recorded in the outbound register.

  3. Electronic Archiving Unit
The employee in this unit is tasked with archiving student files. This involves storing all issued documents and orders related to each student in their respective electronic files, making it easy to retrieve any student’s information when needed.

  4. Electronic Student Registration Program Unit
This is one of the most important units in the Registration Department. The employee in this unit inputs the data of admitted students, creating a complete database for each student. Through this program, various documents can be generated, including student verification letters, examination results, treatment reports, grades for all academic years, as well as graduation certificates and documents for graduates.
