During a visit to the Psychological Research Center, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that the importance of these centers and their research and scientific studies lies in the success of their application and the contribution to find spaces for academic development in the fields of specialized research such as psychological, social, medical, engineering and environmental sciences.
Dr. Al-Aboudi urged academic research centers to develop their research and scientific contributions and provide solutions that serve the fields of development.
His Excellency highlighted that the Iraqi academic institution has fifty-eight research centers in various scientific and humanitarian fields, as well as more than sixty service centers in public and private universities, which makes it qualified to employ research and its results in community service and to qualify and develop staff.
Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the building of the Psychological Research Center and also reviewed on its scientific environment.
His Excellency demonstrated the importance of the vital role of these centers in order to serve the community and support the requirements of scientific and academic work.
