His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi inaugurated dormitory buildings, a conference hall and the Olympic open stadium at the Technical Institute in Amara, affiliated with the Southern Technical University.
Al-Aboudi stressed the Ministry’s keenness on developing technical education in universities and their institutes because this important educational style is linked to the development movement.
His Excellency highlighted that the Ministry has provided a supportive scientific climate for technical specializations, embodied in improving quality and providing training opportunities for students.
Al-Aboudi added that the Ministry is considering developing a number of technical specializations that are compatible with the labor market and the country’s development plans.
