College of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the PhD dissertation which is entitled “restoration of status quo in civil law – a comparative study”.
Being submitted by Raghad Saad Abdul Hussein, the study aims at knowing legal nature of restoration of status quo, legal situations that conflict with it, and consequences resulting from it when implemented.
The dissertation concludes that there is no comprehensive definition that prohibits restoration of status quo, and that there are legal situations that conflict with it and constitute an exception to its implementation.
