What are the basic regulations for changing the central acceptance nomination?

  • Students accepted centrally have the right to change their nomination to one of the (colleges, institutes) based on their total score and according to the minimum limits for the desired college or institute in their graduation year, through the electronic form.

The categories eligible for re-nomination are as follows:

  1. Failing students.
  2. Deferred students.
  3. Students whose acceptance was canceled upon their request.
  4. Students whose nomination was changed after expanding the medical group seats and who objected to acceptance into technical institutes with a score of 75% or more.
  5. Students from hot areas (Mosul, Anbar, Tikrit).

A student is not allowed to submit a request to cancel their re-nomination after the re-nomination orders have been issued.
