During a meeting with the Dean of the Dutch Institute (IHE Delf) specialized in water sciences, Prof. Adi Morris and his accompanying delegation, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi reviewed developing scientific and research cooperation.
Dr. Al-Aboudi expressed the aspiration of Iraqi academic institutions to develop cooperation in water sciences and training fields to meet challenges and enhance joint scientific research.
His Excellency highlighted the importance of developing training programs and academic opportunities for Iraqi students and researchers in relevant specialties through specialized programs.
Dr. Al-Aboudi also reviewed the possibility of attracting international students to Iraqi universities within the Study in Iraq program.
For his part, Prof. Morris expressed the institution full readiness on cooperating with educational and academic institutions in Iraq and concluding frameworks of understanding that regulate the joint training, study and research fields.
