College of Physical Education / University of Kerbala organizes a training course on developing administrative and financial skills as part of Ministry of Higher Education strategic program.
To be presented by Dr. Hussein Ali Abdullah Al-Mayah and Dr. Khaled Mohammed, The training course aims at improving administrative and financial skills and enhancing employee efficiency in line with requirements of institutional development and administrative reform.
The course also includes modern management concepts, planning and organizing methods, budget preparation and financial analysis, and reviewing of evaluation and follow-up methods and mechanisms, with a focus on practical applications in institutional environment.
