College of Pharmacy _ University of Kerbala holds a training course defining Scopus database and mechanisms of selecting scientific journals.
Being presented by Dr. Safaa Muhammad Redha Hussein and Lect. Alaa Ghazi Khasaf, the course focuses on clarifying Scopus database and explaining mechanisms of selecting scientific journals within academic disciplines. It shows between indexed journals and those excluded from database. It also addressed global evaluation indicators used to measure strength of scientific journals.
It is worth mentioning that Scopus is one of the most prominent databases for indexing peer-reviewed academic journals.
