College of Islamic Sciences _ University of Kerbala organizes a training course on “Educational Language Discourse Strategies in Classrooms.”
Being presented by Dr. Ahmed Hassan Mansour, Dr. Esam Al-Masoudi, and Prof. Basim Jabbar Rahi Al-Asadi, the course highlights the importance of developing educational discourse skills among teaching staff, given its direct impact on conveying knowledge and achieving effective communication with students in classrooms.
It addresses the most prominent language discourse strategies, including directive and persuasive strategies.
The course aims at empowering teaching staff to acquire effective language skills that contribute to present information in a manner that is compatible with students’ individual differences.
