College of Education for Pure Sciences -University of Kerbala organizes a scientific symposium on “Managing Time and Study Environment: One’s Path to Success and Excellence.”
being presented by Prof. Esraa Ali Abu Shanah, the symposium aims at highlighting the importance of time, a resource that cannot be replaced or recovered, and life is going on without stopping. However, many people do not realize its true value until they waste it in entertainment, distraction, or preoccupation with useless things.
The symposium includes time management, art of decision-making, eliminating distractions, maintaining focus, and adapting flexibly to circumstances. The researcher recommends that individuals improve their time and life management, giving themselves opportunity for success, balance, and psychological comfort.
